報告摘要：In this lecture, safety and security culture will be elaborated and explained. How can safety/security culture be defined and what is it exactly, how does safety/security climate fit into the concept of safety/security culture, can safety/security culture be measured, and if so, how? All these questions will be answered in the presentation, which is based on solid scientific research. The safety/security culture model that will be expounded in the presentation was developed based on a very thorough literature study and was further validated with the collaboration of large companies.

Genserik Reniers是荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學安全科學系全職教授，同時也是比利時安特衛普和魯汶大學兼職教授。研究涵蓋安全經濟學、化工安全博弈🦗、多米諾效應、危險化學品運輸、動態風險管理，工業園區安全與安保等領域🚴🏻。目前擔任Leiden Delft Erasmus (LDE)安全研究中心主任、荷蘭公共衛生和環境研究所首席專家🔰、歐洲安全與可靠性協會職業安全技術委員會聯合主席、歐洲技術平臺安全保障教育🚴🏼♂️、培訓和標準化領域主席等職務，同時擔任Journal of Loss Prevention in the Process Industries，Safety Science等五個重要國際期刊的主編👨🏼⚖️、副主編或客座編輯。目前已經發表150余篇SCI論文，出版專著30余部🔌。
