個人簡介：平煥，男，漢族👩🏻‍⚖️，1992年8月生，浙江舟山人，中共黨員🎢👭🏻，博士研究生學歷🏋🏿‍♂️，講師，現擔任Ocean Engineering🌴、Physics of Fluids等主流SCI期刊審稿人。主要從事鈍體結構尾流特性及渦（尾）激振動🧑‍🦯、流動控製及減阻方法研究等方面研究。
