On the morning of June 25, 2022, the 12th Shanghai Party Congress opened. Secretary Li Qiang made a report on carrying forward the great spirit of Party building, practicing the people's city concept, and accelerating the construction of a socialist modern international metropolis with world influence. The marine environment teaching and working party branch organized the study. All Party members talked about their learning experiences.
It is generally believed that strengthening is the development orientation of four heroes (heroes based on yield per mu, heroes based on efficiency, heroes based on energy consumption and heroes based on environment). As a teaching and working party branch of marine environment research, we should take the minimum environmental impact and energy consumption as the goal, strengthen the discipline direction construction of shipping and marine environmental protection, and serve the national transportation power and marine power strategy. We should pay attention to environmental risk research and support the construction of anti risk capacity of urban operation. Adhere to the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, firmly establish the guidance of ecological priority and green low-carbon development, and improve the service capacity and ecological benefits of urban ecosystem. Guided by the construction of people's cities, we should have a deeper understanding of the connotation of people's cities from the perspective of ecological environment, and support the construction of Shanghai as a modern socialist international metropolis.
In the future, the Party branch will carry out special study on the spirit of the Party Congress, and implement the spirit of great party building and the spirit of the 12th Party Congress in the whole process of education, teaching, scientific research and other work.
