The company has always adhered to the integration of Party building, paid attention to personnel training, made every effort to stabilize growth, grasp projects and promote investment under the epidemic, and highlighted the role of central enterprises in economic development.

Shipping, logistics and oceanography are the three major disciplines of the university. The College of Marine Science and Engineering undertakes the heavy burden of developing ocean-related disciplines, which means that the college should complete its rotation and revolution around the ocean. To realize the revolution, it must go out and provide talents for the society and enterprises.
The college has a good faculty, professional teachers have rich theoretical research ability, enterprises can provide practice bases, major scientific research projects, the college and enterprise should strengthen the Party construction and co-construction on the following points, promote the development of industry and education.
The first is to build an industrial college, introduce enterprise talents into students' classrooms, promote enterprise ideology and politics into the classroom, so that students can have a correct and clear understanding of the development of the industry from the beginning of school, improve professional identity. At the same time, the college selects young teachers to join the enterprise, and find out the key issues of industry development in the work;
