On October 18, 2022, the College of Ocean Science and Engineering held a part-time teaching counselor exchange meeting through a combination of online and offline methods in Conference Room 408 of the College.
Deputy Secretary Dong Chaoqun thanked the part-time teaching counselors for their hard work in more than one year, and fully affirmed their contributions in the study style, scientific innovation and practice. He hoped that they could continue to combine their professional expertise, do a good job in ideological guidance, and further strengthen the communication and exchange with full-time counselors, so as to jointly inspire and promote each other. Enhance college students' professional identity and college belonging. The counselor Niu Lei introduced the work indicators of the later stage of the part-time teaching counselors. The attending faculty counselors spoke one by one, shared the feelings and experience of the part-time counselors, and had an in-depth exchange and discussion with the college leaders and counselors on the confusion encountered in the work and the suggestions for post-00s college students.
In order to carry out the spirit of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities and further promote the education of all staff, the university has carried out the part-time counselor work. The College of Ocean Science and Engineering attaches great importance to this work. It has formulated detailed job duties, work indicators and work pairs of part-time counselors, and carried out many activities such as student assistance, practical education and scientific and technological innovation, which have achieved good results.
